Looking at Onco from the book - hooked - perspective

 What is the consumer lifetime value for an onco customer ?

It should should be the sum of all service we can offer during the life-cycle of requirements for a cancer patient

What does the life-cycle of requirements of a cancer patient look like ?

  • Pre-cancerous

  • Diagnosis

  • Staging

  • Treatment plan

  • Treatment procedures

  • Diagnostics for improvement

  • Nutrition consult

  • Physiotherapy

  • Exercise

  • Psychological consult

  • Remission

  • Screening - 3 month, 6m, 1y, 1.5y, 2y, 3y, 4y…

Where are we missing out ?
We do not have a sync with the timing of the requirements and us offering our services.


We map out the future treatment journey of ALL patients we get.


Habit / Hook → next event till remission !! 

That is what I'd wake up for everyday.

  3. Stories from survivors

  4. Events / sessions - for caregiver, patients - weekly - why not at the centre ?

  5. News on latest treatments - protocol changes

  6. Appointment calendar



  • Chemo calendar- notification → what to expect; how to prepare

  • Chemo appointment cab booking

  • Nutrition calendar - notification

  • Appointment (doctor, lab test, procedure) calendar - notification 

  • Book a cab -> for the travel

  • General for any procedure / appointment → what to expect; how to prepare; what side effects to expect after; post procedure care.. etc .



Sales target → get the future journey and 1 conversion


CtrOps - targets → get x% conversion on the known treatment/diagnostic   events


In the absence of tumor board - medical team can help mapping out the journey.

An approximate journey is also fine.

  • Review feature - happy tell others, not happy tell us.
